Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Customers must notify us and ship returned items within **10 days of receiving their order**. Returns requested after this period may not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or repair.

Refunds & Store Credit

Eligible returned items may receive either:

  •  A **full refund**, or

  • Store credit** equal to the purchase price

The method of resolution will be determined based on the circumstances of the return.

 

Damaged or Broken Items

If an item arrives broken or becomes damaged during shipping, customers may request that the item be **repaired** instead of refunded or credited. Repair requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless other arrangements have been made directly with Brian Yatsattie prior to the return.
